A private pitch, built overnight, for the founder of Tuff Crowd

Life is just a tuff crowd. So we made you a shop worth showing them.

We spent the night with your storefront. Then we built you this deck so you can see, not read, what a next-chapter Tuff Crowd looks like on the web. No slides. No meeting. Just the thing.

Your product is right.
The storefront isn't selling it yet.

One hour on tuffcrowd.com, without opening a spreadsheet. Here's the diagnosis, said the way we'd say it to a friend.

01

No founder, no origin, no why.

The name Tuff Crowd is a whole thesis. Right now, a first-time visitor lands, sees polos, and leaves. Nobody knows what a Tuff Crowd is, or why they'd want to be in one.

→ Founder film + a 60-second manifesto section on the home.
02

The polos deserve a lookbook. They got a grid.

The pieces are photographed clean, but there's no scene. Nobody wearing them on a course, in a clubhouse, at 2am. Product photos without a world are just SKUs.

→ Editorial lookbook engine + shoppable scroll stories.
03

"Pre-order" is doing all the drop work.

We spotted pre-order tags. That's a drop model asking to be one. Right now there's no waitlist, no drop calendar, no countdown, no SMS-early-access — the tools that turn "cool tee" into "hype cycle."

→ Drop engine: waitlist → countdown → early SMS → sell-through.
04

The tuff crowd isn't visible on the site.

No customer photos. No IG wall. No "worn by" section. The brand name literally references community — and the storefront is a solo act.

→ UGC wall, tag-to-feature flow, ambassador portal.
05

Product education is one sentence deep.

Fabric, fit, care, why-this-not-that — invisible. A $80 polo needs a paragraph and a size guide before checkout, or it competes with $30 dupes on price alone.

→ Rich PDPs, fit guide, sizing quiz, care card.
06

Zero editorial. Zero SEO surface.

No lookbook, no blog, no drop archive, no "how we shot this." Every one of those is a page Google can rank and a reason a customer returns. Right now the site is a checkout, not a home.

→ Editorial CMS: drops, films, journals, wholesale.

A storefront that reads like a magazine
and sells like a drop.

Nine deliverables. Modular. All shippable inside a Shopify Hydrogen stack so you keep the ecosystem you're already on.

Editorial home

Cinematic hero, founder film, three lookbook rails, drop tease. Feels like GQ, closes like Shopify.

We don't just ship the site.
Our own AI fleet watches it. 24/7. Free.

Every site we ship is a monitored target inside SHIZUNE — our home-server-hosted AI fleet. You don't pay for it. You don't set it up. It just watches.

SENTINEL
Leaked-secret + subdomain sweep
Watches for stolen credentials, EXIF leaks, hostile subdomain spins. Pages us if anything Tuff Crowd shows up in a breach dump.
NETWATCH
Dependency + CVE scan
Daily CVE scan on every package your site touches. If a Shopify app you're using ships a breach, we know before X does.
SIEGE
Exposure map
Continuous port-map of your public surface. Anything opens that shouldn't have — pager fires.
OVERWATCH
Uptime + SLO enforcer
Sub-minute uptime probing. If checkout dies at 2am, we know at 2:01, and it's healing itself by 2:03.
LATTICE
Playbook thresholds
Order-flow, conversion, cart-abandon rate — watched against your baselines. Anomalies get a Telegram, not a spreadsheet.
BLACKWALL
Log archival
Every log line, every request, shipped to cold storage with a SHA-256 hash chain. If we ever need to prove what happened, we can.
Included with every site we ship. Never billed separately. Ever.

Six weeks. Four gates. One drop-ready store.

Week 1
Discovery + kickoff
Founder interview, brand deep-dive, competitor sweep, tech audit. Nothing gets built until we understand the crowd.
Week 2-3
Design + hero build
Editorial home, founder film sequence, and one lookbook story mocked and clickable in Figma. Ship blocker until you sign it off.
Week 3-5
Full build + Shopify wiring
Hydrogen storefront, drop engine, Klaviyo/Postscript flows, UGC wall, PDPs, wholesale portal. All the boring stuff done well.
Week 6
Soft launch + first drop
Preview link → your inner circle → one drop cycle end-to-end → cutover. SHIZUNE goes live watching.
